Die Fotos werden permanent am Firmenserver gespeichert. Die Nutzung der App geht davon aus, dass die an den Firmenserver übermittelten Bilder im Rahmen des Arbeitsverhältnisses entstanden sind und grundsätzlich Eigentum des arbeitgebenden Unternehmens sind. Als solches ist das Unternehmen berechtigt, die übermittelten Bilder weiterzuverwenden, u.a. für die Erstellung von Bauprotokollen, Schadensberichten usw.
Für die Fehleranalyse werden Benutzercode und Dateinamen der Bilder in Protokolldateien am Firmenserver für begrenzte Zeit gespeichert.
Die ABPro Entwicklungs-, Vertriebs- und Wartungs GmbH hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Firmenserver, kann im Auftrag
des Arbeitgebers des App-Besitzers Wartungsarbeiten am Server durchführen und im Bedarfsfall die Protokolldateien einsehen.
Photos will be stored permanently on the company's server. Use of the app is based on the premise that the transmitted photos were taken as part of the work done by the user for his employer and are property of the employer. For the purposes of error analysis the user ID and file names of pictures are stored in log files on the company's server for a limited amount of time.
ABPro Entwicklungs-, Vertriebs- und Wartungs GmbH has no direct access to company servers, but may perform maintenance on demand by the
employer of the app user and inspect the log files when required.
